做稿需知 - Requirement of Output files

• 印刷模式為CMYK四色。
  Printing Mode : CMYK four-color.
• 如來稿是RGB或專色，顏色會轉變成CMYK印刷，但可能顏色會有偏差，不是如期效果。如需要預覽，請先行在Photoshop作顏色轉換。
  For the in-coming output files consist of RGB or Pantone color, color printing will be converted into CMYK, but the color may be deviated and the effect may not be as expected. Please adjust it in the Photoshop for color conversion and review.
• CMYK填色請勿低於5%或使用四色黑色 (即CMYK值各位100%)。
  CMYK coloring : Do not use less than 5%, or four-color black (CMYK is 100% for each).
• 80gsm-170gsm有機會出現紙攣情況。
  80gsm-170gsm have the opportunity to appear twin paper case.
• 檔案格式必需為印刷品質PDF及附有角線(cropmark)及5mm出血位。
  Output file format is PDF with cropmark and 5mm bleed out.
• 
• 如同一檔案重複訂單時, 正負10%色差為標準。
  For a output file to do repeat printing order, there is 10% standard deviation in the color.
• 相片解像度最低為300DPI。
  Minimum photo resolution : 300DPI.
• 數碼印刷底面位各有0.5mm-1mm差距。
  There is 0.5mm-1mm gap in each of the Digital Printing underside.
• 在稿件上要有出血位，5mm為最小。如果沒有出血位，在可能的情況下，我們可以把書本切細，但書本尺寸會較設計時為小。
  There shall be a bleed out of 5mm in the output file. If not, where possible, we may cut the booklet in small size but the actual size will become smaller than the original design.
• 在做稿時，所有文字、頁碼及不出血的圖片及圖形必須最小在成品尺寸的5mm以內。否則在切割書本時可能會被切掉。
  When doing the artwork, all text, page number and photo must within the bleed out in minimized size of 5mm. Otherwise, some may be cut off when cutting the book.
• 
• 數碼印刷在深色的平網表現會比普通柯色印刷為差，所以在盡可能的情況下不要用深色背景及大面積的深色實色。
  Digital printing in dark screen performance will be worse than normal Offset printing and therefore, if possible, please do not use a dark background and a large area of dark solid colour.

注意事項:
Notes:

1. 貨物製作期為48小時，由確認收到款項及確認檔案後起計算。（如貨款及檔案並非同時遞交，則以最後遞交時間計算。）
   Goods to be produced in 48 hours after payment and output files confirmed. (If the payment and file are not submitted at the same time, it will count the time of last submission.)
2. 48小時指貨物的製作期，恕不包括送貨時間。48小時起貨只限數碼印刷，柯式印刷另議。
   48 hours refers to the production of goods, not including the delivery time. 48 hours production hour is only for digital printing, not for offset printing. For offset printing, it takes different production times.
3. 客戶可在落單48小時後到我司取貨；如需送貨，則於落單48小時後始交托運輸，並需額外運費。
   Customers can pick up the good after 48 production hours. If any delivery required, it will arranged in the 48 hours after placing the order and need to pay the additional delivery costs.
4. 如需送貨，運費如下：香港及九龍區HK$100.00、新界區HK$180.00。（送貨服務只限工商業區，恕不包括住宅及學校）。
   If delivery services required, charges will be : HK $ 100.00 for Hong Kong and Kowloon District, $ 180.00 for New Territories District. (Delivery service is only available for commercial and industrial areas, excluding residential and school).
5. 起貨時間只適用於工作天，如遇上香港公眾假期，時間將順延。
   Goods to be collected on working day only. If case of any Hong Kong public holiday encountered, the collection will be defered.
6. 例一：如在星期一上午9:30收到匯款，上午11:15收到檔案並確應沒有問題，可在星期三上午11:15起貨並寄出，通常翌日收貨。
   Example 1: If the payment received on Monday at 9:30 am and received files confirmed in good order at 11:15. Then the finished goods would be ready on Wednesday at 11:15 and will be sent out for delivery. Usually, the good will be received on the following day.
7. 例二：2014年4月26日落單，28日匯款及發送檔案。但發現檔案沒有出血，29日下午3:00重發，及後再確定沒問題。因為五月一日是假期，所以在五月二日下午3：00起貨給交給速遞。在翌日客戶收到貨物。
   Example 2: Place the order on April 26, 2014. The payment and output files are received on April 28. However it found that there was no bleed out. Then, the output files was received on April 29 at 3:00 pm and then confirmed in good condition. Since May 1 was a holiday, the finished good will be sent to delivery services on May 2 at 3:00 pm. The customer would receive the goods on the following day.
